Requesting a refund

Subscriptions are an agreement for the auto-renewal of the service, and renewal payments are non-refundable. Subscriptions are eligible to be refunded only within 24hrs after the date of sign-up.

The subscription auto-renewal can be stopped by canceling your plan from the account Settings.

After canceling a subscription, the plan will remain active until the date of the next scheduled renewal and will be automatically deactivated by then.

If you cancel your subscription within 24hrs of signing up, you may be eligible for a refund. Please submit your request by contacting support@slidebean.com
