Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription recurrent payments from the Account Settings at all times. Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. 

Slidebean sends email invoices of all charges to the account email of record. If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until its next renewal date. In the case of cancellation before or after the end of your subscription term, you will not be entitled to any refund. 


Requesting a Refund

If none of your subscription features have been used in the last 14 days, you may be eligible for a refund. For yearly plans, this applies only during the first month after purchase.

If applicable, please fill in this form to submit your refund request, our team will review it and get back to you, within 24 business hours after submitting the request.


Account removal

If you need your account to be deleted, send a request via our support chat or via email to support@slidebean.com. It can take up to 24hrs for the account to be completely removed.

Is there a free trial?
Signing up for Slidebean is free. As a free user, you’ll find certain limitations when editing and managing your presentations.

Can I pay month over month?
Slidebean plans are billed yearly, however you can choose monthly billing too.

Is there any cancellation fee?
No, you can manage and cancel your subscription at all times.

What will happen to my presentations after I cancel my plan?
You’ll always have access to your account and presentations, even after canceling a subscription plan.
