Caya:
Do you think you have an advantage because your company is based in Berlin with a small operation in the US?
Nick:
Well, there's pros and cons, right? Right now, we benefit from lower costs in Berlin, and being maybe, one of the coolest SaaS companies in Berlin. And it's a good place to work. Whereas here it's maybe harder to hire and retain the talent, because there's just so much, so many options here.
But then at the same time, you know, we have something like 65%of our customer and revenue coming from the US. So it would probably do something similar to that, where we have the majority of the commercial side in the United States; and keep a lot of the R&D... I think we'll probably split product, we'll have product people here, and part of them in Berlin; but have most commercial stuff in the U.S.
